Pervaiz Kaleem

Pervaiz Kaleem is a Pakistani film director, producer and writer based in Lahore. He has to his credit some of Lollywood's biggest hits like Gunnah, But Shikken and Pehla Sajda. Pervaiz Kaleem is often credited with re-vitalizing the Lollywood industry during the mid-'90s, a period during which he directed hits such as Gunnah, Jaltay Badan and But Shikan. Pervaiz has launched many newcomers including Saud, Faisal Qurashi, Seemi Zaidi, Kubra Khanam, Safeer Ali (his brother), Billal Khan.
==Early life==
Born in Lahore, Shahalmi to Haji Hassan Ali Rajpoot, a cinema owner, and businessman migrated From India Saharanpur
After his birth, his parents moved to Krishan Ager, Lahore. Young Pervaiz Kaleem was popular in his town for his library.
At the age of eight, he was admitted to the sixth class in a well-known school of Lahore, the cathedral school. After completing his matriculation, Pervaiz entered and began attending Government College of Lahore in Lahore where he earned a BA.
